The current practice information states that evaluation and treatment can begin without a physician referral. Contact Lori with questions about what applies to your visit.

The practice does not participate with insurance providers. You pay directly for your visit, with a focus on individual practitioner time and hands-on care.
Can I submit my receipt to insurance?
Yes. The practice provides a receipt that you can submit for possible partial reimbursement. Your insurer determines coverage and payment.
What should I ask my insurer?
- Does my plan cover out-of-network physical therapy?
- Is reimbursement a percentage of the charge or a set amount per visit?
- Do I need to meet an out-of-network deductible, and how much is it?
- Is there a cap on covered out-of-network physical therapy services?
Are ongoing care plans available?
The current site lists monthly plans with 12–24 visits and retainer options with 1–2 visits per month, plus selected visits with priority scheduling as needed. Contact Lori for details and pricing.
Are visits available outside the office?
The current practice information includes in-home visits or visits at another location for a small transportation fee. A portable treatment table and supplies are provided. Ask Lori about arrangements.
